We put the payment down on our cabinets with Oxford Lumber just last week so things are rolling along nicely now. We’re now at the point in planning our kitchen remodel that we need to order up some tile flooring.
We’re leaning heavily towards porcelain but slate is in the running too. We got a few slate samples in the mail from builddirect.com but we weren’t wild about any of them.
When we updated our bathroom we picked up porcelain from Tile America and we still love them. We will probably stop in there again next week with our granite sample that we plan to use so we can find something that coordinates nicely.
Here’s a couple options that we will be looking at when we get there but I suspect that we will end up picking out something totally different once we get the tiles in our hands.
The top one, with the basket, is called Georgetown. I like that marble look in the beige color while Jessica likes the lower one which is supposed to look like stained concrete. I’m not a fan as it just doesn’t have the depth I’m looking for.
I’ll post to the Nest Eagle Rock blog again once we have one chosen. Hopefully that happens by the end of the week.
